Shipping Timeframes
Our orders are sent from our Henderson, Auckland depot using NZ Post.
For most North Island addresses, standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days once your parcel has been collected by NZ Post.
If you’re located in the South Island or have a rural address, delivery may take a little longer — we truly appreciate your patience.
As soon as NZ Post collects your parcel, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way 🤍
Please note: an order fulfilment email means your order has been packed and is ready for courier collection — it hasn’t yet begun its journey.
All parcels are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Australian Shipping
Orders sent to Australia via NZ Post can take up to 10 working days to arrive. Occasionally, delivery times may be affected by customs processing or events outside our control, so we kindly ask that you allow a little extra time.
Peak Periods & Public Holidays
During busy periods such as Christmas or public holidays, NZ Post may experience delivery delays. While these delays are outside of our control, we always recommend placing orders early during peak times to ensure your Bellana goodies arrive in time.

Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item.
You may request an exchange or store credit within this period.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase and your order number
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns
Items must be sent back to our Bellana return address, which will be provided once your return is approved.
Faulty or Defective Items (NZ Consumer Guarantees Act)
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a remedy if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If your item arrives:
• With a manufacturing fault
• Damaged
• Or with an error on our part
In these cases:
We will cover the cost of return shipping
You may be entitled to a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the issue.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Worn or washed items
• Items without original tags
• Items returned outside the 14-day window
